We were born in 1977, in the province of Cremona located in the Po valley, as a farmer cooperative. Since then we take care of tomatoes at every step of the process: from seeds to ripeness, from field to packaging line and up to the store. Many people call this a supply chain, we call it Passion. Cooperative’s plants, supply chain and product traceability are certified to the higher international standards. The taste of a tomato sauce produced by Consorzio Casalasco comes from traceable products with a clear origin: we put love in land treatment and processing.
