Green tea is fine. But you know how to prepare. That’s how.

Green tea does well. It is a powerful urinary antiseptic, a break-hunger, lowers cholesterol and dozens of other beneficial properties. But that we waste. This is because we do not know to do the tea.
Usually what we do? Let’s take two, three tablespoons of our infusion or our leaflets and put them in a cup of boiling water. Doing so, however, we eliminate some principles benefits of green tea. The Board, therefore, is to put our infusion or our leaves in a colander and pay over the warm water so that it cools down, going to the optimum temperature of 80 degrees. The advice is to take at least three cups a day, before breakfast, before lunch and before dinner.
