“A place That makes you happy, welcome to Favara”, so we read on the home page of the web site of the Farm Cultural Park: unsafe neighborhood of the village of agrigentino that a notary, the pursuit of happiness, has turned into a cultural space and laboratory of contemporary art.
A short walk from this district, called de “The seven courtyards”, you can also be happy to table, in the restaurant Le Traveggole. In this place the new ways of thinking and living of the Farm Cultural Park are translated into a refined cuisine, newfound and innovated. As well as in the kasbah of Farm Cultural Park creates a culture, even in the kitchens of Le Traveggole, the Alba family makes the food culture. The traditional Sicilian recipes curated by Chef de cuisine Salvatore Tortorici and international cuisine dishes enhanced by quality raw materials chosen with great care, follow each other in the menu card.
The starters of tradition, such as Sicilian caponata and octopus salad, along with more creative combinations like artichokes with breadcrumbs and cheese in bundle of brik pasta, the parmigiana of scallops with smoked Caciotta, the thousand leaves of potato, spinach and artichokes on goat cheese fondue precede the rolls of spaghetti and eggplant, linguine with little lobsters and cherry tomatoes and subtle lasagna with meat sauce on cream of cheese from Ragusa.

The dessert menu also proposes the vanilla creme brulee, the cannoli crushed, the pistachio parfait with ricotta and croccante. In the wine list they read the names of the best wines of the territory, of the great Italian wines and some bottles from the world (Australia, California, South Africa, Argentina).
