Back to Fish Chef, street food and starry dinners “mouth-watering”

Starry dinners, affordable for all the portfolios, in some of the most exclusive hotels and restaurants of Garda, but also street food, street art and street music, an event within the event on the lakefront of Garda town during which some of the best chef del Benaco will know (and taste) their creations in an event that combines art and music in collaboration with (E)vento between the Willows. All this and more for the 2016 edition of Fish & Chef, the event scheduled for April 21 to 27 in some of the most beautiful spots on Lake Garda. The event created by the starry chef Leandro Luppi and Elvira Trimeloni is in fact preparing to amaze again.



STARRY DINNERS SIGNED FISH & CHEF – 6 gourmet dinners are planned (cost 70 EUR, reservations directly in hotels). They will touch locations with breathtaking views as Malcesine, Gardone Riviera, Garda, Bardolino and Costermano. To test their skills with the cuisine of the lake fish are some of the top international chefs, two of them coming from Japan.

To raise the curtain on the event, Thursday, April 21, will be the chef Luca Marchini (1 Michelin star) of Erba del Re of Modena, protagonist of the dinner scheduled at the Hotel Bellevue of San Lorenzo Malcesine (VR).



April 22 at the Grand Hotel Fasano in Gardone Riviera (BS) take the field Peter Brunel (1 Michelin star) of the restaurant Borgo San Jacopo in Florence.

Sunday, April 24, Fish & Chef is back on the Veronese coast of Garda Lake: at Bardolino hotel ACQUALUX will touch to Andrea Berton (1 Michelin star) of Berton restaurant in Milan.

Monday, April 25 at the restaurant Villa Fiordaliso of Gardone Riviera (BS) guests can let enrapture the flavors of the cuisine of Andrea Aprea (1 Michelin star) of Vun restaurant in Milan.

Tuesday, April 26, at the Hotel Regina Adelaide Garda (VR) will stage the kitchen of international guests this year: Valentino Palmisano and Kido Toshimizu of the Ritz-Carlton in Kyoto, Japan.

At The House of the Spirits in Costermano, Wednesday, April 27, it will stage the grand finale by many hands: even the 2016 edition conclusion is entrusted to the Dream Team Lake Garda composed of the top chefs of the Garda who will play at home to interpret the products of their territories in a challenge that in 2015 had seen at work as many as 11 chefs.

STREET FOOD STREET ART STREET MUSIC – Every day from 21 to 27 April the Garda village lakeside will be animated by an event within the event, which is a collaboration between Fish & Chef, and (E) Wind in the Willows, an association which organizes cultural events to give voice to young creativity. In the event of the square will take turns some of the best chefs around Lake Garda with their preparations and performances by street artists and street bands. An opportunity to learn the secrets of star chefs and taste their specialties.
