Every product we make has a story of five generations in the ancient art of working pork meat, using all the original methods. Techniques, tradition, quality and seriousness made our company bigger and stronger.
Nowadays we have realized a new factory in the countryside, a great place where we can carefully age our cold cuts. We also have a new line of sliced cold cuts with the DOP certification.
