The food truck with the curtain are the big news of the activities promoted by the Association in 2016. Under the brand “4wheels” for now it will be two exclusive events scheduled, in Arezzo in Tuscany, from 8 to 10 April and in Chioggia, in Veneto, 13 to 15 May. “We have involved three truck already in our first event in 2010 in Marciano (Ar) – continues Ricciarini – and even then we had a clear idea of how this industry would have developed and today we have the knowledge and the right tools to be able to expand this world even at this kind of street workers “. In last year’s event, 28 as I said, the latest in Belluno, were reached throughout Italy nearly two million people who consumed more than 1 ton of fried fish and 600 tons of traditional french fries and type “tornado”.
