These are some of the original recipes proposals from the book &#8220;The anti-Alzheimer&#8217;s diet&#8221;, published by Edizioni Plan of Loreto (Ancona) and edited the Italian edition by Fabio Piccini, doctor and researcher in nutritional science. Next are the &#8220;recipes for the health of the brain&#8221;, with 100 proposals of easy and tasty dishes by type: breakfast; snacks and appetizers; soups; salads and sandwiches; main dishes; vegetables, cereals and legumes; condiments and sauces.
