Now in its 29th year, it is an opportunity for interaction between the citizen of Sandrigo and the community of Rost, a small island in the Norwegian Lofoten where cod is fished and dried, which can boast from the last year of origin marking PGI &#8211; Protected Geographical Indication given by the European Union.
